Mr Imam studied at Government College Maiduguri from 1977 to 1982, and also at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. He was General Manager, Maiduguri Monday Market and was also Depot Manager, NNPC, Kaduna.
He is currently the Executive Vice Chairman of Cleanergy Innovation Ltd, one of the pioneering companies driving the rollout of CNG stations and CNG truck parks across Nigeria. The company has completed more than 20 CNG stations nationwide.
