Lilian Hosea studied Primary Education Studies and English Language PES/ENG at the Federal College of Education Yola, Adamawa State.
She has undergone several trainings in
Education, Management and Journalism. Known for hard work and dedication to her job, she increased office productivity, and
introduced digital registration of students in Early Dreams Inclusive Academy Jos where she was the pioneering Administrative Officer in 2017-2019.
She joined Neptune Network Nigeria Limited as an Administrative staff in 2019. She contributed to the three-year project report of the Collaborative Media Engagement for Development Inclusion and Accountability (CMEDIA) in collaboration with the Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism (WSCIJ).
Because of her love for education, she started a ‘’Weekend Adult School”, which is based solely on reading, using Jolly Phonics in 2021 and 2023.
She is a dedicated teacher and administrator who is always ready to provide foundational
support and operational excellence necessary for the growth and development of any institution.
